About Us

Today, TechERA is focused on consulting services to businesses in and entering the K-12 community.

The company was founded July 1, 1993 to:

  • Work with educators to help them develop, implement and support their instructional and administrative technology plans including the Internet, intranets and extranets.
  • Work with very small to very large companies evaluating the K-12 education market and building their business, marketing and sales plans to enter or expand into the K-12 market.
  • Give feedback to clients on marketing and public relations programs and promotional collaterals developed by other groups or agencies. This includes school districts and schools promoting their plans and technology based programs to their stakeholders, within the district and the community.

The basis for our work with our clients is found in our name TechERA, an acronym for Technology for Education Reform and Accountability. Or, the Technology Era. Technology and technology based products can help students, teachers and administrators in accomplishing their goals. TechERA is helping educators and education oriented companies to meet this objective.

TechERA personnel have worked for and with K-12 schools for many years, and with very small start-up companies to large corporations. Being educators and entrepreneurs ourselves, we understand the need to be affordable. TechERA consultants are experienced and affordable!
